Low Sodium Chili Goodness

Ingredients

1/2 bottle
low sodium tomato juice
1/2 c
no salt added tomato sauce
2 can(s)
light and dark kidney beans
1/4 c
water
2 lb
extra lean ground beef
chili powder
mrs. dash extra spicy seasoning
dash of onion powder

Step-By-Step

1Cook your meat till its cooked and drain the meat.
2Add the meat and everything else into a large pot and simmer till flavors blend. I let mine simmer for about 4 hours until we were ready to eat.
3I served with Unsalted Crackers.
