This is not your mama's chili, but a nice variation. The toppings you can use are endless...sour cream, cheese, salsa tortilla chips... make it yours.

Ingredients

1 pkg
(18 oz) refrigerated original barbecue sauce with shredded prok or chicken
2 can(s)
black beans, drained, rinsed
1 can(s)
beef broth
1 pkg
taco seasoning mix
1 tsp
ground cumin
1 tsp
chili powder

Directions Step-By-Step

In 4 1/2 quart Dutch over or 4 quart saucepan, mix chili ingredients. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.

Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

High Altitude: Add 1/4 cup water to all chili ingredients.

For more flavor and thicker chili, simmer longer.
