When away at the races I need to make meals that are easy and quick and also allow me to bring ingredients that do not need to be refrigerated. This chicken soup recipe is basic but it works well after a long day/night at the track.

Ingredients For track side chicken soup

8 cwater

8 tspchicken base
-
13oz canpremium chunk chicken breast (sams club)

6 ozwhole grain spaghetti
How To Make track side chicken soup

1Bring water to a boil

2Add chicken base and bring to a second boil

3Add chicken and juice from the can.

4Break the spaghetti into thirds and add to the pot.

5Bring to a boil again and reduce to a simmer. Stir occasionally for 10 min or until pasta is tender.

6Salt and pepper to taste.
