This low carb and low fat soup is easy to make and good for you.

Ingredients

5 c
chicken broth, low-fat
3 c
water
1/2 small
red onion, finely diced
2
garlic cloves, finely minced (i used a garlic press)
1/2 tsp
thyme, dried
1/2 tsp
mrs. dash garlic and herb seasoning
2 1/2 c
cooked & shredded chicken*
4 c
baby spinach leaves
2
lemons, cut into wedges

Directions Step-By-Step

Add broth, water, onion, garlic, thyme, Mrs. Dash, and chicken to stockpot.
Cook at a gentle boil for 8-10 minutes.

Turn off heat, and remove from heat.
Stir in spinach.
Serve each bowl with a wedge or two of lemon, and squeeze into soup and stir.
