Cuban Inspired Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

1
whole chicken
2 large
oranges juiced
1
lemon juiced
1
lime juiced
6 clove
garlic minced
1 c
dry white wine
1 tsp
salt
1 medium
onion halved and sliced
1 c
water
1
container knorr' homestyle chicken bouillon
8 oz
cooked and drained noodles

Step-By-Step

1Mix the juices, garlic and salt together. Marinate the chicken overnight.
2Place sliced onions in bottom of roasting pan. Pour wine over onions. Place chicken on top of onions. Cover with foil and bake at 300 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hours until chicken is done.
3Remove chicken to cutting board. Pour juices in cooking pot and add the water and bouillon. Bring to a boil and reduce for 10 minutes.
4Meanwhile cut chicken off bone. Mix chicken, noodles and juices. Ladle into bowls.
