Very fast and easy just dump and go. My family loves this recipe. I take it to pot lucks and it is always one of the first to go.

Ingredients

1 lb
chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
2 can(s)
corn
1 can(s)
pinto beans
1 jar(s)
verde sauce
1 can(s)
mexican or rotel tomatoes
1 can(s)
chicken broth

Directions Step-By-Step

Dump all ingredients into large pot for a couple of hours or use slow cooker 6-8 hours.

Before serving remove chicken breasts and shred ; add back to soup. Cook another 30 minutes.

Serve with corn bread.
