Cassie *

Being that we're having a few chilly, rainy days...I thought it would be a good day to clean out my pantry, had lots of beans, chiles and tomatoes, so this is what I threw together...and to hear the family tell it...I did! We like heat, and with the cayenne it packs just the right amount for us...adjust the heat according to your sure is mighty tasty!!!

1In my 3 quart dutch oven; In about 1 tablespoon of olive oil, brown the ground beef with onions and red bell pepper until beef is no longer pink and veggies are soft. Stir in garlic and remain browning another minute or two.
2Add all remaining ingredients; stir well to blend. Bring to a slow boil, then turn heat to simmer, and cook for an hour, stirring frequently so as not to burn.
3When finish, serve up with your favorite's so good!
