The name was the families choice!!

This stew was an accident brought on by combining a few different recipe idea's and throwing in my own idea's too!
But, it is an amazing hit in my house, going to have to dig out the larger crock pot and double the recipe!

Method:

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

4 c
water (+ 2-3 cups)
3 Tbsp
(heaping) dry ranch style dressing mix
1 pkg
italian dressing mix
1 Tbsp
(level) garlic powder
Tbsp
(heaping) corn starch
1 Tbsp
dry beef bullion
1 lb
beef stew meat
5
shakes worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp
kitchen bouquet
2 medium
potato diced
2 medium
carrots diced
2 stalk(s)
celery diced
4 slice
onion 1"
1/2 c
barley
1 can(s)
pea's drained

Directions Step-By-Step

Start with your water and all of your dry ingredients, mix thoroughly with baymix or blender so there are no lumps or clumps
Add stew meat and cook on high for 5 hours

after 5 hours, mash the stew meat up in the broth, I use a potato masher!!
Once its "shredded", add all veggies except pea's and barley, worcestershire & kitchen bouquet! You'll need to add 2-3 (you'r taste buds will tell you how much) more cups of water at this point.
cook on high for a couple hours, until veggies are done, add barley & pea's about 45-60 minutes before serving!
