Ingredients For taco soup

  • 2.oo lb
    ground beef
  • 1 can
    kernal corn
  • 1 can
    stewed tomatoes, mexican
  • 1 can
    paquito beans
  • 1 can
    red kidney beans
  • 1 can
    pinto beans
  • 1 can
    v8 vegetable juice
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning
  • 1 c
    uncooked rice
  • 1 c
    water

How To Make taco soup

  • 1
    Brown ground beef, drain and dump all cans into pot with meat.
  • 2
    Add juice and when coming to a boil add taco seasoning
  • 3
    bring to a boil and cup of uncooked rice and cook on med until rice is cooked stirring occasionally
  • 4
    when serving add grated cheese and sour cream and tortilla chips...so yummy
