I get so many tasty recipes from my BUNKO groups and this certainly is no exception. It is really packed with flavor!! This is an easy and perfect dish to serve at a BUNKO party accompanied with a salad, Frito chips, or cornbread.

Ingredients For 8 bean soup - steph

  • 1 can
    pinto beans, drained (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can
    corn, drained
  • 1 can
    diced tomatoes
  • 1 can
    chicken
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can
    green enchilada sauce
  • 1 can
    chicken broth
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning (your choice)
  • 1 can
    black beans

How To Make 8 bean soup - steph

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together and either stir on stove top or in crockpot. If on stove top, cook approximately 15 - 25 minutes. If in crockpot, cook on lot for a couple hours. ENJOY!!
