Weight Watchers Italian Tortellini Stew

Delicious. Makes 8 servings. Each serving is 3 WW points +. Very hearty and filling.

Ingredients

medium onion chopped
2
zucchini, sliced
32 oz
chicken broth
28 oz
crushed tomatoes
15 oz
canned great northern beans
2 Tbsp
basil (fresh or 1 tbsp dried)
1/4 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
8 oz
dry cheese filled tortelini

Step-By-Step

1Combine all ingredients, except tortellini, bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer and simmer for about 1 hr. or till all veggies are very tender.
2Add tortellini and simmer for about 30 min longer, or till tortellini is cooked. Enjoy!!
