frozen green beans or 3 cups fresh
thyme oregano sage garlic powder
cover the bottom of large pan with tamari. saute chopped onion and chopped celery in tamari until done
add maybe 10 cups of water and carrots beans and lentils
add pepper oregano garlic powder sage thyme to taste
simmer until veggies are cooked. you may have to add more water. i don't measure anything.
top with your favorite shredded cheese
