Vegan-Creamy Celery Potato Soup

This is one for those of you who are Vegan. I am trying to become vegan. I had the Roux-en-Y Surgery and can't eat Cheese and Meat anymore. Well, hope you enjoy.

8 medium
potatoes (peeled and cubed)
2 small
onions (chopped)
10 small
stalks of celery (cut into pieces)
1 c
of cashews
1 c
of water
2 tsp
of salt
4 Tbsp
of mckay's chicken style seasoning
5 Tbsp
of nutritional yeast flakes

Directions Step-By-Step

1.) Cook potatoes, celery and onions in enough water to cover and go about 3 fingers over the potatoes.
2.) Blend cashews(in Blender) in 1 cup of warm water until very smooth(not grainy).
3.) Add seasonings to the blender and blend
4.) After potatoes have been boiling for about 10-15 minutes add Cashew mixture and stir.
5.) Cook for another 30 minutes or until the soup thickens to your desired consistency and potatoes are done.
