Tortilla Soup

This recipe is really easy and a crowd pleaser.
It is more semi homemade because I use what ever I have in the pantry and the freezer of left over tacos.
You can put in all in a crock pot and just let it simmer all day yummy.

Ingredients

5 qt
water
1/2 c
chicken base
2 pkg
of taco seasoning
2 can(s)
chicken or any left over ck or taco meat
1 1 51/2oz can(s)
pinto beans,
1 pkg
southwestern frozen vegtables/with blk beans
2 can(s)
tomatos or fresh
1/2c c
dried onions
1 clove
garlic
2 medium
bay leaves
1/4 c
natures blend seasoning
2 Tbsp
chili powder
2 tsp
cumin
2 tsp
paprika
1 pkg
tortilla chips garnish
2 c
cheddar cheese, shredded garnish
1 c
cilantro, fresh

Directions Step-By-Step

Boil water and add all ingredients bring to a boil turn down and simmer for 45 minutes.. or use your crock pot.

Add your own toppings and enjoy!!!
