Ingredients

4 clove
garlic crushed
2 Tbsp
olive oil
2 large
cans chicken broth
1
block frozen chopped spinach
2 pkg
cheese tortellini
2 16oz can(s)
italian style stewed tomatoes

Directions Step-By-Step

Brown garlic in oil. Add broth and tortellini. Bring to a boil. Add rest of ingredients. Bring back to a boil and lower temp so that you have a slow boil. Cook till tortellini are done.

Make sure you don't overcook tortellini. While the tortellini are still somewhat hard I shut off the stove and let the soup sit letting the tortellini soak up the broth and soften.
