- bagels - i like the seeded bagels, but it's your choice
- 2-3 Tbsp
- butter, melted
- 1-2 tsp
- johnny's garlic spread & seasoning
1cut the bagels in half, and then cut into cubes; I cut mine into bout 1/2 inch cubes
2add the cubed bagels to the melted butter, and toss or stir to coat the bagels.
3Sprinkle the Johnny's seasoning over the coated croutons, and still or toss again.
4continue stirring the croutons while cooking so they do not burn. Once they are browned remove them from the stove and serve
5These croutons are best when they are still warm.
