Ingredients

2 lb
ground beef
1 large
onion
2 can(s)
tomatoes, petite diced with liquid
2 can(s)
rotel tomatoes and green chilies, mild
2 can(s)
corn
2 can(s)
pinto beans, with liquid
2 pkg
lawry's taco seasoning
2 pkg
ranch dressing dry mix

Step-By-Step

1Brown ground beef and the chopped onion. Drain and place in large pot or Dutch oven.
2Add all listed ingredients.
3Add a little water and cook slowly for at least 30 minutes. Longer is better.
4Top with grated cheddar cheese and chopped green onions, if desired.
Good with cornbread or tortilla chips.
