Ingredients For speedy beef taco soup

    ground beef or turkey
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1 can
    ro-tel tomatoes with chilies, i use a large can
  • 1 can
    corn, drained
  • 1 can
    pinto beans
  • 2 can
    water
  • 1
    envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 1 pkg
    hidden valley ranch dressing

How To Make speedy beef taco soup

    Brown the meat and drain. Mix beef with remaining ingredients; simmer for 45 minutes.

    Serve topped with grated Jack Cheese and Sour Cream.
