1Open can of spaghettio's (contains 1 full serving of vegetables and 7 essential nutrients) and pour into a large soup/salad bowl microwave safe. Unwrap 2 slices of American cheese and place in the bowl.
2Microwave on high 2 minutes, stir, listen for any of it to start popping and stir again as necessary.
3Stir your bowl and enjoy. The pasta would equal bread and the cheese is stirred through out the tomato sauce making it taste richer than just out of the can.
4I live on a tight budget (Soc Sec) and this is a very economical dish for me to keep on hand in my pantry. You can use the kind with meat included, stir in Parmesan cheese, or bake a cheesy casserole in place of the cheese slices and it would taste great.
