Ingredients
| 1/4 c | olive oil, extra virgin |
| 3 clove | garlic |
| 1 small | sweet onion |
| 3 small | celery ribs |
| 2 can(s) | cannellini beans |
| 1 qt | tomato's i used fresh home canned |
| DO NOT DRAIN | |
| 1 Tbsp | oregano, dried rubbed between hands |
| 1 tsp | raw sugar |
| 1/2 tsp | black pepper |
| 3 c | beef broth low sodium |
| 1/2 c | reserved pasta water |
| 1/2 c | pasta sauce i used garlic and onion |
| 1/2 c | parmesan cheese |
| 1/4 lb | ditalini pasta |

Directions
In cold saute pan place olive oil and garlic on medium heat,til garlic is lightly browned,remove from pan and save.saute onion and celery til onions are translucentAdd to oil beans,tomato's,seasonings,sauce,sugar,beef broth and chop reserved garlic and place in pan if desired.Cook pasta til just before aldente. drain and place into beans along with reserved pasta waterAdd parmesan cheese and simmer til pasta is tender.

no i did not know the proper spelling as i only spelled it how i heard it pronounced,thats nice to know, thanks for the input.more pasta can be added if you like more,but i like brothy soups. this was only the second time i've ever had it,but now i plan on having it more. happy cooking!
