My Potato Soup

You see my husband will not just eat anything he has to have meat so when i made my plain dull potato soup he said wheres the meat so i added hamburger and it was ok BUT he did not like it so he said try sausage and i did i dont right things down i just put in what i think is enough so if i over cook large pans of food which i do i freeze it

potatoes, russets peeled and cut in chunks
1 lb tube sausage with sage (jimmy dean)
half and half
spices ( pepper,white pepper, garlic power)just what ever you like


1boil potatoes in a big pan until tender then cook the sausage in a skillet until done (me i cook the sausage in the big pan until done then add water and potatoes and cook then add vegetables and spices)when potatoes are tender add sausage and vegetables and your spices cook for a few min about 30 min then add half & half and cook about 30 min more enjoy
