We had this soup last night and it is very good and filling. Also it is a good one to have the ingredients on hand in the pantry.

Ingredients

1 can(s)
mexican style stewed tomatoes
2 c
beef stock
1/2 c
salsa
1 tsp
oregano
12 oz
bulk pork sausage
1 c
frozen corn
1 can(s)
pinto beans, drained

Step-By-Step

1Cook sausage, breaking it up, and drain off fat when done.
2Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.
Heat until hot.
3Serve with diced avocado and a dollop of sour cream if you want to. Also can break up tortilla chips on top. Feel free to add any ingredients.
