Loaded Baked Potato Soup

This was given to me by a co-worker. I used a Vidalia Onion instead of the Green Onion. It is a thick, tasty soup.

Ingredients

4 large
baked potatoes
2/3 c
butter
2/3 c
flour
1 c
sour cream
4 oz
velveeta cheese
6 c
milk
4
green onions
1 pkg
real bacon bits
2 c
chedder cheese
2 tsp
salt
1 tsp
pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Melt Butter & Flour in a large pan.

Once Butter & Flour are melted, Slowly add Milk. Keep Stirring until thick & bubbly.

Take off Stove. Add Velveeta Cheese, insides of Baked Potatos. I dice one baked potato and add it with the skin to the soup, Chedder Cheese, Green Onions, Bacon Bits and Sour Cream.

Season with Salt & Pepper. Place back on Stove to make sure all cheese is melted. You may have to add up to a cup more of milk.

Place in slow cooker on low. ENJOY!
