Ingredients

2 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
2 can(s)
cream of celery soup
1 pkg
instant butter potatoes
6-8 large
russet potatoes
1 stick
butter or margarine
1 large
onion chopped
1 can(s)
condensed milk
1 lb
shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

*In a large stock pot start with your potatoes, onions, water (half the pot) and butter - boil until potatoes are soft. Using a potato masher - mash your potatoes (not too much – you want to leave some chunky bites)
in your pot add soups, milk and instant potatoes reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. Add shredded cheese cook another 10 minutes on Low

*add bacon bits, chives and cheese once in your bowl !
