sweet sausage casing removed
1 c
pepperoni presliced
small hamsteak
small onion
2 can(s)
diced tomatoes (15 oz)
green bell pepper
1/4 c
olive oil, extra virgin
garlic cloves
1 c
small pasta ( i use small shells)
6 c
chicken broth, condensed
loaf of italian bread (stale bread is fine)
1/2 c
romano cheese, grated
1 tsp
italian seasoning

1Brown sausage and chopped meat in a large pot. Add salt and pepper to taste

2Chop onion and garlic and pepper (if you don't like peppers, don't use them) add to brown meat. Let soften. Take this time to cut your ham into small pieces

3Add ham and bagged pepperoni. Stir all ingredients.

4Add 2 cans of diced tomatoes and stir. Again salt and pepper to taste. Let these ingredients simmer for a few minutes and add chicken stock. Keep soup simmering at medium heat.

5About 10 minutes before you're ready to serve add you pasta.

6Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Cut your italian bread into cubes. Put in a large bowl add olive oil cheese italian seasoning and romano cheese. Mix all the ingredients in the bowl. I use my hands but you can use a spoon if you'd like. Place croutons on baking sheet bake for 6 minutes. Turn them with a spatula and bake for another 6 minutes.

7Put your soup in a bowl and serve with the croutons on top. I add more romano cheese before I serve.
