Yummy and very easy soup! You can add a lot of different things from zucchini, mushrooms,beans, spinach but it is really great as is!

Ingredients For italian stoup

  • 1-lb. pkg
    italian sausage, no casings
  • 1 lb
    ham steak, diced
  • 1/4 lb
    diced or mini pepperoni
  • 1
    medium onion, diced
  • 1-15 oz. can
    diced tomatoes
  • 4 c
    chicken stock
  • 4 c
    tomato juice
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 3/4 box
    bow tie pasta (or small pasta of your choice) tortellini is really good too.

How To Make italian stoup

  • 1
    Brown and crumble sausage in soup pot, drain any excess fat if necessary.

    Add pepperoni & ham. Cook 2 minutes. Add onions and cook 2-3 minutes.

    Add tomatoes,salt,pepper,chicken stock and tomato juice. Bring to a boil. Stir in pasta and cook for about 8 minutes or until pasta is al dente. Serve with crusty bread.
