Yummy and very easy soup! You can add a lot of different things from zucchini, mushrooms,beans, spinach but it is really great as is!

Ingredients

1-lb. pkg
italian sausage, no casings
1 lb
ham steak, diced
1/4 lb
diced or mini pepperoni
1
medium onion, diced
1-15 oz. can(s)
diced tomatoes
4 c
chicken stock
4 c
tomato juice
1/4 tsp
black pepper
1/4 tsp
salt
3/4 box
bow tie pasta (or small pasta of your choice) tortellini is really good too.

Directions Step-By-Step

Brown and crumble sausage in soup pot, drain any excess fat if necessary.

Add pepperoni & ham. Cook 2 minutes. Add onions and cook 2-3 minutes.

Add tomatoes,salt,pepper,chicken stock and tomato juice.
Bring to a boil. Stir in pasta and cook for about 8 minutes or until pasta is al dente. Serve with crusty bread.
