Ingredients

1 lb
smoked sausage
1
clove garlic, minced
28 oz
beef broth
1/2 oz
can diced tomatoes
1 c
sliced carrots
1/2 tsp
italian seasoning
1/4 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
ground black pepper
1/2 oz
can great northern beans, undrained
2 small
zucchinis, cubed

Step-By-Step

1In a stockpot or dutch oven, brown sausage with garlic.
2Stir in broth, tomatoes, carrots, Italian seasonings, salt and pepper.
3Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
4Stir in beans with liquid and zucchini.
5Cover and simmer another 15 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
