This is my 1st recipe to post. I made this concoction from what I had on hand. I wrote it down just in case and very happy I did.
I am always being asked for recipes and usually have to make it again just to get it right. Hope you enjoy... Lolly

Stove Top

Ingredients

1 lb
italian style chicken sausage, sliced
1
yellow onion, chopped
2 clove
garlic,minced
1 tsp
olive oil, extra virgin
2 c
chicken stock made from chicken base
1 c
water
1 can(s)
navy beans, rinsed
1 can(s)
chopped tomatoes, undrained
1 c
elbow macaroni, uncooked
2 c
baby spinach leaves
1 c
mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions Step-By-Step

COOK sausage, onions and garlic in olive oil in large saucepan with lid,(need lid for last step),for 15 minutes stirring often.

ADD chicken broth, water, beans and tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Stir in pasta, cook 8 minutes or until pasta is done. Remove from heat.

STIR in spinach, cover. Let stand at least 5 minutes. Serve in flat round bowls and top with cheese. Serve with Hot Italian Bread and Butter.
