My son loves this soup.
I have tried adding eggs and bit of chicken too and it tastes good.

Ingredients

1 Tbsp
butter, cold
1 clove
garlic
1/4 c
onion
1/4 c
carrots, chopped
1/4 c
green beans
1/4 c
broccoli florets
1/4 can(s)
mushrooms, fresh
1/4 c
peas, cooked
2 Tbsp
parsley
1 Tbsp
all purpose flour
1 c
milk, 2%
1 c
water
1/4 tsp
pepper powder
salt to taste

Step-By-Step

1Heat butter in a deep sauce pan on medium heat.
2Add minced garlic and cook for 30 secs.
3Add onions and saute for 30 secs.
4Add all the veggies finely chopped and saute on a slow flame for 3-4 minutes.
5Add salt and pepper and stir.
6Add flour and stir for a minute so it cooks.
7Add water and milk and stir well.
8Cook for a minute or untill warm and its ready to serve.
