Ingredients

5 c
potatoes, chopped
1 c
celery, chopped
1 c
carrots, chopped
1 c
onions, chopped
5 c
water
4
chicken bouillon cubes
2 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 lb
cheese spread (i prefer velveeta)

Step-By-Step

1Add 5 cups of water to large sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Add bouillon cubes and wait for them to dissolve.
2Add carrots, celery and onion to bouillon water. Cook 20 minutes.
3Add potatoes. Cook 20 more minutes.
4Add chicken soup and mix well. Add cheese (in pieces) and cook until cheese is melted. Serve with crumbled bacon on top.
