This recipe was born on a cold March afternoon.I was bored,and since I hate to shop love to cook,I decided to see what I could create without going to the store.Long story short,I am not allowed at church gatherings without my Garlic Soup!Here it is...
garlic,minced(depending on size)
fat free evaporated milk(12 oz.)
fat-free,low sodium chicken broth(14.5 oz)
1Saute onions and garlic in the melted butter.Add milk,broth,cheese,parsely and cayenne pepper.Bring soup to a boil and simmer uncovered for ten minutes.Let cool and enjoy!Goes great with broiled filet mingnon.
