Easy Ramen Soup

This is a quick and easy meal, even for the kids who can handle a microwave. It's healthy AND delicious! You can add any variety of ingredients, including tofu and whatever you have in the fridge.

Ingredients

1 pkg
ramen soup (any flavor)
2 c
water or soup stock (i use the juices from the crockpot)
1/2 c
precooked meat, ie, shrimp, chicken, bbq pork, etc.
1/4 c
soy sauce
1/2 c
fresh veggies, ie, green onions, mushrooms, carrots
2 Tbsp
sweet chili sauce (optional)

Directions Step-By-Step

First, put ramen noodles and water or soup stock in microwave, cook on high for 4 minutes.

Throw in remaining ingredients, stir, and cook on high in microwave for 5 minutes.
