i lov my seafood and what better way to have it in the fall and winter than a big ole bowl of soup to warm ya up.....

Ingredients

1/2 lb
med shrimp
1/2 lb
imitation crabmeat
1/2 lb
bay scallops
1 can(s)
clams
1 lb
lobster
2 large
poataoes,cubed
2 large
ribs celery with leaves,chopped
1 large
white onion,chopped
1 medium
carrot,grated
1 Tbsp
old bay seasoning
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
2 bottle
clam juice
salt and pepper,to taste
water to cover
1 qt
heavy cream
pat of butter,per bowl of soup
green onion,garnish

Step-By-Step

1in lg soup pot put all veggies...add clam juice and water to cover add spices....bring to boil lower temp to simmer cook til veggies fork tender
2while veggies cook prep all seafood so it is ready to drop into soup once veggies are tender add seafood in order given,lobster,scallops,clams wait 5 min add crab meat and shrimp cook 5-10 min til shrimp turn pink add heavy cram cook jus til hot serve with pat of butter and green onions enjoy
