Ingredients

8 c
water
1 pkg
singang mix
16 oz
salmon, skinless(cut into 2
3 bunch
bok choy (chinese cabbage)
clean & slice leaf in half leagthwise
1 bunch
green onions
2 large
tomatos or you can use (canned)
5 small
green finger peppers (optional)

Step-By-Step

1Bring water to a boil add Sinigang mix.

2Add salmon or any seafood you would like to use. This dish shown has halibut.

3Add bottom whites of onions & the remaining vegetables let simmer for about 15 minutes

4Just before serving toss with the top green part of your onions. Then enjoy
