Ingredients

1.25 pkg
lobster, boiled
5 c
milk
1/2 c
heavy cream
pinch
white pepper
4 Tbsp
butter
1 tsp
salt

Step-By-Step

1Remove meat from lobster body and claws.

2Cube.

3Scald milk with lobster shells in it.

4Discard shells.

5Slightly saute lobster in butter.

6Add the milk and bring back to boil.

7Remove from heat, add cream, season to taste and serve.
