Quick and hearty. This is a go-to in my house after a long day when you just don't want to cook.

1Combine soup, milk, half and half or cream and lemon juice in small heavy sauce pan. Heat over medium heat. Sprinkle cheese in, stirring as you do. Continue to stir until cheese is melted and soup is piping hot.
2Serve with crusty bread or crackers of your choice. Also wonderful with a sandwich or salad. Nothing could be easier.
