Hearty Potato Soup!

- red potatoes
- 1 can(s)
- evapritive milk
- 5 sprig(s)
- green onions
- 2 stick
- optional chopped cubes of ham or bacon or fresh garlic
1Dice potatoes with the skin on into 1/2 inch cubes
2dice green onion into small pieces
dice any additional items such as diced ham or bacon, fresh garlic
3put potatoes and onion (and any additional items such as ham bacon or garlic) into dutch oven add water just over the potatoes add salt & pepper to taste. *NOTE* (water just above the potatoes)
4cook on medium high until most of the water is gone and potatoes are tender. With a potato masher mash potatoes and add butter and milk. (you can use regular milk if you like)turn stove to low put top on pan and make your sandwiches. Serve and plan to be satisfied!
