Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

4lbs
boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 (0.7oz)
dry good seasons italian dressing mix
1 (22 oz) can(s)
cans cream of chicken soup
2 (8 oz)
block of cream cheese, cut into cubes
1 (8.oz)
mushrooms, fresh
egg noodles or rice or mash potatoes, to serve with

Directions Step-By-Step

Cut chicken into 1in cubes Place the chicken breasts in crock pot, and sprinkle the Italian dressing mix over the tops. Pour the cream of chicken soups over chicken, and then spread the cubes of cream cheese evenly over all. Add mushrooms at about a hour and a half of time left

Cover and cook on Low heat for 6 hours. (OR on High for 3 hours) Remove lid and stir mixture together. (If the sauce seems too thick, you can thin it out with a little milk)

Serve chicken and sauce over cooked egg noodles or rice or mash potatoes . Enjoy!
