cream of broccli soup with no cream
lemon yogurt for garnish
In a soup pot saute onion and carrot in 1/2 stick of butter. When onion is translucent add broccoli and garlic. Cook until broccli is bright green.
Add stock and pealed and cubed potato. Simmer for 40 min.
Blend until a smooth cream.
Garnish each bowl with lemon yogurt.
