I got this recipe from WIC 20 yrs ago! very good recipe! U can double or triple the recipe for more folks. oh and i also use can milk in place of reg milk use whatever u like!

Ingredients For cream of anything

2 Tbspbutter

1/3 cchopped onions

2 Tbspflour

1 1/2 cmilk

1/2 tspsalt

dashpepper
How To Make cream of anything

1melt butter in sauce pan add onion. cook til tender. blend in flour slowly using a fork til mixture is smooth add milk slowly and cook til misture boils and thickens stirring constantly!

2add potatoes for potato soup add broccoli for broccoli soup add whatever u like make sure ur veggies are cooked! u can use pumpkin, squash, peas, corn. dont forget u can add meats chicken, tuna, beef u can add rice, noodles cheeses the possiblities are endless
