Ingredients

butter

garlic clove, crushed
1/2 tsp
curry powder
1/4 c
sweet pototes, steamed and mashed
1 c
chicken broth, defatted
1/2 c
evaporated milk
"just a pinch" of salt
"just a pinch" of pepper
2
asparagus spears, steamed and cut in pieces

Step-By-Step

1In small saucepan, melt butter; Add garlic and curry powder and saute' until garlic is soft.
2Add yam and broth.
3Stir in milk and heat without boiling; Adjust seasonings to taste.
4Garnish with asparagus, if desired.
