Ingredients

2/3 c
butter
2/3 c
flour
7 c
milk
4 large
baked potatoes, peeled and cubed
4
green onions, thinly sliced.
12 slice
bacon, fried crispy and crumbled
1 1/2 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz
sour cream
3/4 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
black pepper

Step-By-Step

1In large pot, over medium heat, melt butter.

2Stir in flour and whisk until mixed well.

3Slowly add milk and continue whisking until thickens.

4Add potatoes and onions. Simmer for 10 minutes

5Add remaining ingredients and stir continuously until the cheese melts.
