Ingredients

6 large
baking potatoes
1 c
butter, cold
1 c
all purpose flour
7 c
milk
6
green onions, sliced
12 oz
bacon,cooked & crumbled
1 3/4 c
shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz
sour cream
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Bake Potatoes at 400 temp for 1 hour. cool. Cut potatoes in 1/2 lenghtwise; scoop out pulp, put in bowl and mash. Set aside.

Melt butter in a large pan over low heat. Whisk in
flour until smooth. Cook 1 min. whisking constantly. Gradually whisk in milk; cook over medium heat.whisking until mixture is thickened and bubbly.

Stir in mashed potatoes and green onions; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 min. Add bacon and remaining ingredients; stir until cheese melts. serve immediately.
