Sausage Corn Chowder....

I love Corn Chowder and with sausage added it's even better.It's a must try and very simple to make...Enjoy.

Ingredients

1 Tbsp
dried minced onion
1 tsp
italian seasoning
2 c
water
1 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper
1 can(s)
evaporated milk
12 oz
sausage,browned and drained
1 can(s)
whole kernal corn
1 can(s)
cream style corn
4-5
medium russet potatoes,peeled and cubed

Step-By-Step

1In a 4-quart soup pan, bring onion,potatoes,Italian seasoning,water,salt, and pepper to low boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 15-20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Add milk,sausage, and corn. Cook over low heat, uncovered, an additional 5-7 minutes or until heated through. Do not boil after milk has been added.
