Ingredients

1 Tbsp
garlic, minced
1/2 c
onion, chopped
1/4 c
green pepper,chopped
1 pkg
smoked sausage, sliced
1 Tbsp
olive oil
1 can(s)
corn, drained
1 can(s)
cream style corn
2 tsp
salt, or season to taste
2 tsp
pepper, or season to taste
1 stick
butter
1 c
half and half
3
russet potatoes, cut into chunks, skin on if you like
1 1/2 c
instant mashed potatoes, (thickener)
4 c
water

Step-By-Step

1Saute onion,green pepper, minced garlic & smoked sausage.
2In a crockpot, combine corn, cream style corn,russet potatoes & saute mix (onion,green pepper, minced garlic & smoked sausage)
3Add water & seasonings to taste, stir.
4Cook in crockpot on med - high setting, depending on your crockpot.
5When potatoes are tender; add stick of butter, half & half and instant potatoes.
