Ingredients For crawfish soup

  • 1 stick
    butter, room temperature
  • 1 lg
    onion, chopped fine
  • 1 lb
    crawfish tails with fat
  • 2 can
    cream of potato soup
  • 2 can
    cream style corn
  • 2 1/4 c
    milk
  • 3 Tbsp
    green onions, chopped

How To Make crawfish soup

  • 1
    Saute onion in butter until soft. Add crawfish and cook 15 minutes.

    Add soup, corn, and milk. Simmer about 10 - 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Just before serving add the green onions.
