cook bacon and remove from pan, add onion and cook 3 minutes, add potatoes, clam juice, salt & pepper and simmer for 15 minutes. Add 2 cans of chopped clams with juice stir well, whisk flour into the milk and half & half and pour slowly into the clam mixture, add chopped bacon stir and simmer for 3 minutes. remove from heat stir well, ladle into bowls top with fresh black pepper and a dash of sea salt and ENJOY !!!
