This is very healthy. The only red meat we eat is whatever my husband can harvest. And during hunting season, we have plenty of venison.

Ingredients

2 lb
ground venison
1
yellow bell pepper
3
jalapeno peppers
1
big onion
2 pkg
mccormick low sodium chili seasoning
1 can(s)
black beans (reg. size)
1 can(s)
great northern beans
1 can(s)
light red kidney beans
1 can(s)
diced tomatoes (big can)
1 can(s)
tomato sauce (reg. can)
1 c
water

Step-By-Step

1Saute the bell pepper, onion and jalapeno peppers in canola oil or olive oil; add venison and cook until the meat is done, not pink. Pour all the beans in a colander and wash them, and dump them in the pot - Then add everything else and let it cook covered about 30 minutes on low; then take the top off and let it simmer for about 15 minutes to thicken up.
2I served this over brown rice.
