Ingredients

1 1/4 c
chopped onion
1 c
chopped green bell pepper
1 Tbsp
vegtable oil
2 can(s)
(15 1/4 oz) each kidney beans, drained
1 lb
shredded cooked pork or beef
1 can(s)
(14 1/2 oz) whole peeled tomatoes, undrained & cut up
1 c
fajita skillet sauce (lawrys)
1 can(s)
(7 ozs) whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 c
tomato juice
1 1/2 tsp
chili powder

Step-By-Step

1IN LARGE SKILLET, SAUTE ONION AND BELL PEPPER IN OIL 10 MINS. OR UNTIL TENDER.

2STIR IN KIDNEY BEANS, SHREDDED MEAT, TOMATOES, FAJITA SKILLET SAUCE, CORN, TOM. JUICE AND CHILI POWDER.

3BRING MIXTURE TO A BOIL, REDUCE HEAT, COVER AND SIMMER 20 MINS.

4MAKES 6 SERVINGS

SERVE WITH MONTEREY JACK CHEESE OR SOUR CREAM ON TOP OF CHILI
