Susan's Fast and Easy Black Bean Chili

My sister, Susan Stevens, says that when she makes this at her house there are never any left overs.

She prefers the black beans because they usually do not have the chemicals that other canned beans have and so they are healthier.

I'm all for that!!

Ingredients

BROWN IN BOTTOM OF SOUP POT:

1 lb
ground beef or turkey
to taste
salt, pepper, chili powder
1/2 small
onion, chopped

ADD:

3 can(s)
14 oz each -- black beans with liquid
3 small
cans hunts tomato sauce

STIR, BRING TO BOIL, SIMMER FOR 15 MINUTES... IT IS DONE!
